WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIPS?

SWEAT ON DEMAND memberships include unlimited access to our entire library of high quality workouts, meditations and tutorials varying between 10 – 70 minutes in length. The platform is being updated weekly with new Yoga Gym classes and suggested weekly workout schedules. The SWEAT LIVE + ON DEMAND membership includes all the SWEAT ON DEMAND content plus you gain access to 2x weekly LIVE workouts with Kirsten! All Live classes will be recorded and uploaded to the platform after the live stream and will be available for you to enjoy until the next LIVE class recording is posted.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE LIVE CLASSES?

SWEAT LIVE + ON DEMAND is by far our best value. You get unlimited access to all ON DEMAND classes plus 2 new live classes every week! I’d love for you to take advantage of it, even if you are unable to make our live classes in real time! All Live classes will be recorded and uploaded to the platform after the live stream and will be available for you enjoy until the next LIVE class recording is uploaded. Scheduling in time for yourself is super important in building a workout routine that is sustainable so, if you miss a class, schedule in some “me time” before the class disappears. Each video will have the expiry date on it so there’s no guess work.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE LIVE CLASSES?

All LIVE classes will be held on Zoom and accessible through our LIVE CLASSES page. Sign into your account and navigate your way to the Live classes page and click on JOIN CLASS; this will launch the Zoom meeting. I highly recommend scheduling that shit in your day by adding the class to your calendar. This will help you prioritize you! IMPORTANT: All classes on this page will be displayed in your current time zone. Your video function can be off or on for class and all students mics will be muted during class. Connecting with members is so important to me so feel free to pop in before or after class with questions, to say hi or a have quick chat!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Just yourself and maybe a yoga mat. Our classes will utilize your own bodyweight and challenge you in unique and creative ways (no fancy equipment required!) On occasion, standard household items may be used. Although our priority will always be classes you can do anywhere with minimal to no equipment, you can expect to see some creative prop based classes in the future!

WHAT FITNESS LEVEL SHOULD I BE AT?

Our classes are meant to push you and challenge you but don’t be scared off! Options will be provided for different fitness levels and I encourage you to take breaks when you need (you’ll see me taking full advantage of that philosophy as well!) Our spice level filter will also allow you to select what level of class you are in the mood for that day. All LIVE classes are full body and options will be provided for varying fitness levels.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

All memberships will automatically renew, but you can cancel anytime by navigating to the billing tab under “my account.” Annual plans will not be refunded. If you have an annual plan and cannot continue with your membership, you can transfer your membership to a family member or friend by reaching out to Kirsten directly.
