WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIPS?

SWEAT ON DEMAND memberships include unlimited access to our entire library of high quality workouts, meditations and tutorials varying between 10 – 70 minutes in length. The platform is being updated weekly with new Yoga Gym classes and suggested weekly workout schedules.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Just yourself and maybe a yoga mat. Our classes will utilize your own bodyweight and challenge you in unique and creative ways (no fancy equipment required!) On occasion, standard household items may be used. Although our priority will always be classes you can do anywhere with minimal to no equipment, you can expect to see some creative prop based classes with items such as mini bands, weights, sliders or common household props!

WHAT FITNESS LEVEL SHOULD I BE AT?

Our classes are meant to push you and challenge you but don’t be scared off! Options will be provided for different fitness levels and I encourage you to take breaks when you need (you’ll see me taking full advantage of that philosophy as well!) Our spice level filter will also allow you to select what level of class you are in the mood for that day.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

All memberships will automatically renew, but you can cancel anytime by navigating to the billing tab under “my account.” Annual plans will not be refunded. If you have an annual plan and cannot continue with your membership, you can transfer your membership to a family member or friend by reaching out to Kirsten directly.
